Home

I work with children, preteens, teenagers, and adults, primarily through parent coaching. I have a keen ability to read human behavior and uncover the deeper meaning behind actions, inactions, and words. My goal is to bring underlying issues to the surface, allowing them to be addressed so individuals can move forward in life. By normalizing experiences and supporting emotional and behavioral shifts, I help people reconnect with their authentic selves, fostering empowerment and personal growth.

I guide individuals in processing their thoughts, experiences, and emotions, while helping them see new perspectives, communicate more effectively, acknowledge their feelings, and improve their relationships. For more details on how I work with different age groups, explore the specific pages.

Butterflies flying free

My therapeutic approach is eclectic, blending client-centered, experiential, and existential therapies. It’s a gentle, client-led process that moves at a pace comfortable for each individual. I have experience working with a range of concerns, including anxiety, fears, trauma, PTSD, depression, social anxiety, bullying, perfectionism, and control. I also work with children to teens that see and/or hear things.

At present, I am providing therapy through telehealth. For Fort Collins and Boulder, I offer nature settings as well.
